Conditions
- The cleaning fee is an extra cost per stay of 120 euro.
- 10% extra for energy costs, season-related
- Pets are allowed, to be arranged and there is an extra cleaning fee
- An additional guest is allowed, with accommodation on the sofa bed, to be agreed upon
- Prices do not include Tourism tax, which should be paid in cash on-site (see link).
- After booking, you will be asked to fill out a contract with the identifying information of all guests.

We ask our guests not to smoke at home and to respect the environment that surrounds them and the ancient Trulli in which they stay. Please leave the house as you found it, with the kitchen area tidy, no dishes and plates to wash, and no rubbish, which you can dispose of at the ecological island available at the Laureto entrance point. If these rules are not respected, you will be charged an extra 30 euros for cleaning. Take care of the cast iron stove and do not use it as furniture.
